Account and Login
What do I need to register on DM Play?
An active Indian mobile number (or an email), a password and, optionally, an invite code. You must be 18 or older. See DM Play Register.
Can I register with email instead of a phone number?
The login screen has both Phone Number and Email tabs. A phone number is simpler for most users in India.
I forgot my DM Play password. What now?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the steps. If you cannot finish it, contact customer service. See DM Play Login.
Why does it say my account is locked?
DM Play locks an account after more than 10 wrong password attempts. Reset the password to unlock it.
Can I change my registered phone number?
Usually only through customer service. Register with a number you plan to keep.
App
Is DM Play on the Play Store?
No. Use the APK from the official site or the Add to Desktop shortcut. See DM Play App Download.
Does DM Play work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari, and you can add it to your home screen so it works like an app.
The APK will not install. What should I do?
Download it again, remove any old version and allow installs from Chrome. See app not installing fixes.
Games
Which games are on DM Play?
Lottery games (WinGo, K3, 5D, Trx WinGo, Moto Racing), Aviator, Chicken Road 2, slots, live casino, PVC card games, sports and fishing games.
How does WinGo work?
A number from 0 to 9 is drawn each round, and it decides the winning colour and Big/Small. See DM Play WinGo.
Can WinGo be predicted?
No. Results are random, and prediction groups are scams.
What is Trx WinGo?
A WinGo version whose result comes from a TRON blockchain block hash, so it can be checked afterwards.
Money
How do I deposit on DM Play?
Wallet, then Deposit. Pick a UPI or USDT channel, pay the exact amount and keep the UTR. See Deposit and Withdrawal.
My deposit has not arrived. What should I do?
Wait 15–20 minutes, then send customer service your UID, order number and UTR.
Why can't I withdraw?
Usually because “remaining betting needed” is not zero, or because no bank account is bound yet.
How do I add a bank account?
From the withdraw section, choose Add a bank account, and enter your name exactly as your bank has it. See add bank account.

What bonuses does DM Play have?
